How we source

In short. Sport Net Supply turns your requirement into a written specification, coordinates the quote with a manufacturing partner whose specifications we hold in writing and check against factory samples, and puts everything that matters in writing: MOQ, lead time, delivery terms and quality-check scope. You commit to nothing before accepting a documented quote, and we publish what we refuse to sell.

The process, step by step

  1. You describe what you need. Sport or application, dimensions, environment, destination. The quote request takes a few minutes; the Spec Finder shows the documented mesh and twine combinations first if you prefer to arrive with a spec.
  2. We clarify the specification. Within 2 business days you get a personal reply with the questions that matter: mesh size against the ball, twine against the impact, knotted or knotless, panel dimensions and edging. This is where specification mistakes are caught: before production, not after installation.
  3. We check it against what is documented. Every combination we quote exists in our partner's written specifications and factory samples: 10 to 100 mm mesh, 1 to 6 mm twine, polyester. If your requirement does not match a documented combination, we say so and propose the closest one that does.
  4. You receive a documented quote. In writing: specification, supplier minimums and the commercially viable quantity, production lead time, delivery terms, and the agreed scope of quality checks. If an assumption changes, the quote says how it is handled.
  5. Production and checks. Production runs against the written spec; checks are performed per the scope agreed in the quote.
  6. Shipping and delivery. Freight and customs follow the delivery terms agreed in writing, so you know in advance which responsibilities are yours.

What our verification actually looks like

Three concrete things stand behind the word "documented" on this site. First, the specifications: we quote only mesh and twine combinations our partner documents in writing, and our catalogue pages show those specs, not marketing ranges. Second, the factory samples: each documented combination is photographed at the source, net in hand, and those photographs are on the family pages, unretouched. Third, the relationship: our manufacturing partner was visited on site in 2026, and a partner facility passed a third-party SGS Production and Trading Assessment (2025), which we can share in qualified quote discussions. The partner itself remains confidential under agreement, which is standard in sourcing.

Photographs supplied by our manufacturing partner and published with permission. The shared production base and the export process are shown on our about page; what stands on this one is the sample itself, combination by combination: what you see in these hands is what gets quoted.

What we refuse, in writing

Three refusals define the service as much as what we sell. No life-safety netting (fall arrest, EN 1263 and similar): we hold no verified certification for it, so we do not quote it, and the same limit is written on ourplayground and climbing netting page, where the question comes up most. No orders below the supplier's technical minimums dressed up as viable: the difference between a listed MOQ and a commercially sensible order is explained plainly on every quote. And no unconfirmed specifications: a figure our partner has not put in writing does not appear on this site or on your quote. The same rule produced our reference data pages, where every number carries its source.

Frequently asked questions

Do you manufacture the netting?

No, and we say so on every page. We are a sourcing service: we turn your requirement into a written specification, coordinate the quote with our manufacturing partner, and put the commercial terms in writing. The netting is made in our partner’s facility, not ours.

Why do you not name the manufacturer?

Partner confidentiality is standard in sourcing and is part of our agreement. What we publish instead is verifiable: the specifications we hold in writing, factory sample photographs for each documented mesh and twine combination, an on-site visit in 2026, and a third-party SGS Production and Trading Assessment (2025) that we can share in qualified quote discussions.

What quality checks do you perform?

Checks are performed per agreed scope: the scope is defined in the quote, before production, not improvised afterwards. We refuse to promise inspections we cannot guarantee; what is agreed in writing is what is done.

What do you refuse to sell?

Life-safety netting (fall arrest, EN 1263 and similar), because we hold no verified certification for it. Orders below the supplier’s technical minimums. And any specification our partner has not confirmed in writing: if a combination does not exist, we say so and propose the closest documented one.

Put us to the test

Send a requirement, vague or precise. The reply within 2 business days will show you the process above in action: questions first if the spec needs them, a documented quote when it is quotable, and a straight "we do not sell this" if it is out of scope.

We reply within 2 business days with questions or a documented quote.
